The access control agent will ask for all your tickets to charge one only bracelet with all the accesses and the Cashless credit.
Once a Cashless account has been created, it will be possible to add new wallets.
It will therefore be possible to attach the tickets and wristbands of all the members of the whole family to a single bank card.
Please note that all the wallets must be refunded one by one at the end.
The bracelet is free but on the first top up, you’ll be debited by €1.50.
Subsequent top-ups are free of charge. If you don’t activate the bracelet, no fee will be charged.
And this fee will not be charged again in case of forwarding an account to another bracelet at the Bank in case of theft or loss.
Not creating a Cashless account does not prevent you from enjoying the festival. It’s event possible to top up at a physical bank onsite, by bank card or cash.
On the other hand, you miss a number of actions such as :
- To block the chip in case of theft, loss or breakage
- To check my balance
- To view history
- To recharge my wristband online or on app
- To request the refund of the remaining balance
Don’t worry, the money won’t be lost nor given to the person you bought the ticket.
If a ticket is re-sold, it will be deleted. The new buyer will have a brand new ticket with a new bar code to create his Cashless account.
To recover the pre-loaded credit, nothing to do : it will be credited again after the festival and you’ll be able to ask for the refund at your Cashless account by choosing Refund.
No need to say that this is possible ONLY if you sell the ticket properly, at ticket.hellfest.fr website (only way)
The bracelet is equipped by a microchip in which the money is stored. It’s important to take care to avoid any convenience.
Avoid exposure to heat or flame and don’t try to pierce it: this will immediately render it inoperative.
It’s waterproof, the chips won’t be damage by water.
On your Cashless account, block the chip to avoid people using your balance.
