  • Check your wristband balance and transaction history
  • Pre-activate the wristband received at home
  • Register your credit card to re-credit the wristband in a few seconds
  • Block the chip at the event in case of loss before going to the after-sales service
  • Obtain refund of the remaining balance after the event



ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT


RE-CREDIT AN ACCOUNT BEFORE THE FESTIVAL WITH A TICKET

  1. Get your ticket number as explained below, on the Order management page
  2. Log in with your buyer’s email address
  3. Click on “Manage" then, on the “I” regarding the ticket to find the 66 number ticket
  4. Go back to the Cashless space - Hellfest 2026 module
  5. Enter your email address and all the requested information
  6. Choose Create my space with a ticket number
  7. Type the amount to credit by bank card. The first time you top up, you’ll be debited €1.50 (available soon)
  8. On the d-day, go to the dedicated queue, show your ticket; the loaded Cashless credit will be transferred to the wristband be given to you.

ACTIVATION OF A WRISTBAND RECEIVED AT HOME

  1. Create your Cashless account by entering your ticket number first
  2. Once at the Cashless area, click on “Link a chip+”
  3. Type the 6 letters of the back of the wristband and save
  4. On d-day, fasten your wristband to your wrist and go to the queue-cutting entrance
  5. The first time you top up your wristband, you’ll be debited by €1.50
  6. WARNING : When creating your cashless account, you must click on "I haven't received or activated my wristband yet". If you click on "I have my wristband, already activated on-site", it will not work.

CREDIT YOUR WRISTBAND ON SITE

  1. Connect or create a Cashless account from your smartphone, enter the 6 letters (back of the wristband) and credit your account using your bank card
  2. Go to a Cashless bank on the site to request credit your bank card or in cash
